Beautiful Main St apartment, close to many shops and restaurants. Apt was clean and well appointed. We did have an issue with oven not being cleaned and quite the wood bee hive under the deck. It was my daughter’s wedding and pictures on the deck had to be cancelled. I’m sure they’ll address it. Still, great location, clean and comfortable for the week.

We rented this place, as my son had to have surgery and he’s a student at Lindenwood University. We needed a place to stay while he was recovering. This place was perfect for comfort, personal space, full kitchen, and bathrooms. It was wonderful to have a personal workstation, so I was able to work remotely. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Made us feel at home as best as it could away from home . Great location! We enjoyed daily walks along the Katy Trail.

Things not mentioned: After you climb the first set of stairs to get to the apartment (not bad), you have to climb the spiral stairs to get to bedroom 2. Not an easy feat with luggage. The king bed in bedroom 1 can only be accessed by crawling up the end of the bed. This was not real easy for my 75 year old mother but she definitely couldn't have handled the spiral staircase. The door to the balcony was a cheap glass patio door. Not an actual lockable door. This did cause my mother some concern when she was there alone. Allowed a lot of cold air in. Bedroom 2 is heated and cooled by a portable HVAC unit. The heat does not reach into the bathroom and that room was always freezing. We never used it due to this. There is an attic access door next to the bed and cold air blows right under the door. Lots of noise & banging - Mainly from the gym. Water literally shook in my glass. The good stuff: This is a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Overall nice but rough on older folks.

Excellent place and would stay again! Excellent host (A+), lightning fast responses! So many excellent shops and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t use our vehicle once after we arrived. We didn’t hear any noise from the outside downtown life and it was not an issue at all for us. However, the 24 hour gym below could be heard during quiet hours for the main floor guests but not the third floor. The flight of stairs to get inside and also the interior spiral stairs should be taken into consideration for anyone who cannot easily climb up and down stairs. Overall, excellent place and host!!!
