住置好，出行方便。厨房用具齐全，暖气充足。空气流通欠佳，洗澡用热水有限制。住宿期间，炉灶出问题，不工作，但无人修理。

A really nice apartment whit great quality price, it’s 95% perfect :), just missing heating control allow (too hot) and clothes racks for the main bedroom. (Good to know as well: the building is super dirty because is being remodeled) Besides that I will recommend always this place.

We stayed in Renata's place 4 people (2 couples) for 4 nights. The apt has an unbeatable location, 3 min walk to the nearest metro station, 3 min to Vaci st, 10 - 15 min walk to many attractions in Pest, 7 min to the direct bus 100E to the airport. The grocery store is just opposite the building. The apt is located on the 1st floor and there is an elevator in the building. The apt has a living room and 2 separated bedrooms for complete privacy, there are 2 shower bins, one bedroom has it is own shower bin, another shower bin is in the common space in the corridor. The bedroom without a shower has no window. The kitchen has a basic equipment (fridge, oven, dishwasher), plates, glasses, silverware, pan and pots, but no microwave and electric kettle. Need to boil the water using the glass jug on the electric stove top (takes much more time than the electric kettle). There is no TV and air conditioner in the flat The apt itself is very clean and quite during the nights Communication with Renata is instant before and after the booking and during the stay. I highly recommend Renata's place

A Renata foi uma excelente anfitriã. Sempre nos ajudando quando foi preciso. Apesar de estar em um prédio em reformas, seu apartamento estava completamente apto para nos receber. Sem falar na localização, que é excelente!! Muito obrigado, Renata. Você foi nota 10.

Спасибо Renata за гостеприимство!!! Мы приезжали на 4 дня, нас было 4 человека. Очень удобное расположение квартиры, мы быстро добрались из аэропорта на автобусе №100, Renata радушно нас встретила и все показала. Квартира находится в самом центре старого города, в квартире имеется 2 отдельные спальни, есть гостевая комната, кухня на которой очень удобно готовить, а также две ванные комнаты. Очень стильный интерьер, очень чисто и душевно. Все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, рядом много супермаркетов и рынок, много кафе и баров. Вообщем если соберемся в Будапешт еще раз, обязательно будем останавливаться здесь.
