Had a good stay in Emma's lovely flat. Very easy check in process and comfortable beds. Within a short walk to the small town, with pubs, fish and chip shops etc. A good base for exploring the Suffolk coast.

Fantastic centrally located penthouse for visiting Leiston and surrounds. Easy, convenient parking spot.

Another lovely stay at the Loft. The flat is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Since our previous visit a few weeks ago so additional little touches had been added which were very useful. It’s great to see that Emma and her team are constantly thinking of ways to improve the visitor experience.

A great place to stay. Flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Lovely to sit out on the balcony in the evening. Looking forward to our next stay.
