I worked in the hospitality business, so I will try to be specific in my review: Cleanliness: 4/5.Overall, the house was clean, which is very important, especially when you have children. My only advice would be to change the bath towels. They are showing wear and tear. Amenities: 5/5. The pool was great, had a big backyard, and had enough parking space. Location: 5/5. close to Hollywood Beach, a quiet neighborhood, and we did not have any safety issues Price: 4/5. It is expensive but everything is expensive in Miami if you want to stay in a big, clean, nice house. I definitely recommend this property.

Given the cost of the house, I had much higher expectations. While the house itself was pleasant, I couldn't help but feel that it didn't justify the price, especially considering we paid upwards of $5000 for essentially less than 3 days: a night, two full days, and a morning. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property. Firstly, the door leading outside was excessively loud, audible even from our bedroom upstairs. Additionally, there were only two pool sticks, both of which were broken, and the air hockey table was non-functional. Oh, and the foot pedal on the garbage can was broken. The rugs and chairs were noticeably dirty, and the couch was not very comfortable. Lastly, and what prompted me to write this review was the interaction with the house manager on the day of our departure. When I mentioned the issue with the door, he responded dismissively, saying, "Women, they always find something to complain about." Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The house was beautiful and matched the online description. This place is perfect for the 14 people we had (3 families) and is so spacious that we were never on top of each other. The outside pool is new and awesome and we spent so much time in it with the kids. Also the mattresses on all the beds are first rate and many people remarked how well they slept. The hosts were incredibly responsive. The only issue we had the whole week was the grill wasn’t working properly and they brought us a brand new grill to replace it which we found to be pretty impressive. We recommend this location to your family without hesitation. Again, perfect for a large group and a great location within walking distance of a ton of stores and restaurants in Deerfield Beach which is a super nice town.
