Our Hickory Loft is newly built in 2021 and is a cozy studio apartment with beautiful views of sun rises over Lake Champlain There is a queen size bed,living room with couch and chair TV,wifi,blue ray player with many movies. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans,dishes,utensils,toaster,microwave,Keurig,water cooler. Bathroom room has a shower and is stocked with towels and bathroom needs.

This studio is everything you could want for a getaway stay. The open studio layout feels cozy and is perfect for vacationing. Comes complete with all kitchen items needed for a couple of guests. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. I enjoyed walking the edge of the lake in the mornings while listening to the birds chirping, while my travel companion fished at the private lakefront area. Diana was very responsive for the couple of questions I had. There also is a binder provided upon arrival for local restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough.

Place was immaculate. We really enjoyed staying here! We caught a rainy night, and they had a large selection of movies on DVD. The host also provided plenty of coffee and creamers which was really appreciated.
