Neat and nice apartment

Had to get away a few nights whilst my house was being renovated. This was perfect for some quiet ‘me’ time. Really clean, had good amenities, great communication. Parking can be a struggle however easier in evenings once the high st shops have closed.

The apartment as a whole is lovely. Very modern design. Matched the photos. Good shower room. But problems on check in. The code I was sent did not work, nor the next code. This froze the keypad, so you end up standing on the street waiting for the lock to reset. I was sent another code quite quickly and that worked, with a message telling me the code they first sent had not synced with my booking. First impressions of the room were good. Looked well presented and clean. But, on closer inspection not so much. Mattress on the bed is quite badly stained. You could see the outline of the stains through the sheets. Get a new mattress and a protectors and wash the protector for each guest. Poor quality equipment. One tea spoon, one glass, chipped crockery. Obviously things have got damaged or broken and just not replaced. I parked my car at a friend’s house that was close by and walked to the apartment. I think parking would be very, very difficult outside.
