I love that there are parking spaces in this place and it was really affordable. The unit was pet friendly and very spacious, it is also near BGC and Makati so food choices wouldn’t be a problem. Will book this again, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was also very responsive :)

Raymart's unit was a great place to stay. My husband and I spent our NYE there, we got everthing we need. We just had some hiccups when we're unable to contact his caretaker ate joy but he was able to respond quickly and provided an alternate number incase we need something. What made me really happy the most is that the building is pet friendly! Only downside is the internet bandwidth, it's quite slow, not recommendable if you're working at home. Also, the fridge is small so I recommend not to bring lots if you plan to cook some meals. Nonetheless, everything is great. Spot on!

The unit was easy to find since we're familiar with the condo already and has relatives around. Self check-in went smoothly as well. Cleanliness is 8/10 due to few small insects and flies. Raymart and Joy were very responsive to queries and accommodating. Overall stay was great and worth the price. Thank you 😊

Great hosts. Responsive. There are small hiccups but able to provide even if they do not live very near the place. We really appreciate taking the time going back and forth especially this holiday season. We love the community. It’s peaceful. The condo staffs are helpful, respectful and always smiling.
