Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. 62 acres to explore while staying, try out the largest wooden floor roller skating rink in Kansas or a round on the 18 hole mini golf course. We have hiking trails, fishing pond, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, playground, creek to explore, museum, 200 yrs of history and lots of fresh air!! We are located in the middle of "nowhere" no highway noise just the birds and the brook. 6 queen beds and 6 full beds sleeps 24. This Historic Hotel is located in the Sycamore Springs Resort The adjoining house is available also it has an additional 5 bedrooms which sleep 16 people. The house is handicap accessible. There is a full kitchen in the house along with a handicap shower. Call or email for more formation and to book the house.

Stayed at Kent’s place with a wedding party and it was a perfect fit for all of us. Hotel worked so everyone could have their own space and yet still hang out together down stairs!
Was very very happy with the location. Perfect for big groups. Host is very flexible and accommodating.
What a great escape to celebrate the New Year with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents galore! We loved having big tables to eat together and appreciated the Kuerig pods provided! Definitely bring warm clothes if you plan to skate during the winter:) it was a blast for all ages! The history of this property is amazing and we enjoyed the spring water tales and all the info Kent provided- you can feel the labor is d love it has been for their family.
This place is awesome and a great place for family gatherings.
The hotel was a great location for our family gathering. We had a large group with an age range from 3 to 83. Hotel was very clean with a well supplied kitchen. Family members enjoyed pickle ball, miniature golf, hiking, making s'mores, playing board games and roller skating. We plan to be back next fall!

We are in the middle of farm country! Our 62 acre park is surrounded by corn and soybean fields along with many acres of timber!! Wildlife is abundant the Pony Creek Fishing lake is a short 3 mile drive. No Highway noise!!!
