Get the R&R & privacy you need in this beautiful & spacious FAMILY home! When it comes to the amenities or privacy make your family's stay a very comfortable one! Whether you want to cook in a full kitchen or relax in the spacious living room; retreat to your own room for some quiet time! BMT families are welcome! -Central to many LOCAL ATTRACTIONS- Mins from Amusement Parks & DT *under 15mins -13-15mins LACKLAND JBSA (on boundary w/1604). -New shopping Centers *5mins away Living Room: comes with a large, & comfortable leather couch and chair. A smart TV connects to Netflix, Disney, etc. WIFI The fireplace (electric) makes the room warmer and cozier. & during cold weather also heats the room. 3 Bedrooms: Provide additional pillows, blankets, & white noise machine for the master room to help with noise cancellation. (if needed). Bathrooms: Stocked with toiletries. Shampoo and body wash. Master bedroom: Has a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Faces the back of a road., and noise can be heard; a noise cancellation machine helps drown the noise. Laundry room: Brand-New Washer & Dryer: includes laundry detergent. Coffee Machine with supplies included *Community Pool: only available when open. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU.

I loved staying at this airbnb! I felt safe, and for the most part, the neighborhood is quiet. There is a highway that could be noisy in the master bedroom, but a white noise is provided if needed. Angelica provided me baby highchair and play pen- all cleaned too! Outside in the front could need some work done with bushes needed to be trimmed but nevertheless it was a great stay and close to most attractions I need to go to. I even wanted to extended my stay, but it was already booked up. If I ever come back again, it’ll be here and at an affordable price at that! Also, I wanted to mention any questions or concerns you had, Angelica was always quick to answer. She even provided additional information. Truly the best!

Place was exactly what we needed! Minutes away from shopping, & restaurants and 20 minutes from our Wedding Location! It was perfect!

It was a great place to stay for our first trip to San Antonio! A lot to do around the area and I a great place for seeing all the major things San Antonio has to offer.

Everything was as expected. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to any needs or concerns. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

When the pool is available, you are more than welcome to use it at no additional cost to you :)
Please note: we DO NOT control opening dates, Seasons, repairs, or manage any community amenities.
We will not offer price adjustments, discounts, or refunds in the event that the pool is closed by the Association, we do not control the neighborhood.

*When open, It is usually available during Summer or warm seasons.
NOISE:
The community is relatively quiet, but if at any time you experience noise nuance reach out to us.

We have traffic behind us, and to mitigate the problem we provided earplugs and a noise cancellation for 'light' sleepers.
No guests have complained about it yet, but we're tyring to be mindful of everyone.
If other noises like ongoing dogs barking- become a problem for you, PLEASE LET ME KNOW when it happens, not after checkout.
These things are obviously out of my control, but I can work with the neighbors IF it happens. The neighborhood loves dogs.
