Fine accommodation for the price. Very reasonable.

We didn’t end up staying here. We turned up to find no one on the “reception” desk but the door open. The rooms were in a back alley that was not secure. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming so we just left.

We enjoyed our stay in the airbnb, it was a good size in a small, quiet town, very close to the train station where we could catch a train to Glasgow, also a reasonable distance for a car drive. The issue we had was that despite being in the same building as other guests, we had no connection to the wifi which was meant to be provided but the host provided us with advice and even suggested moving to another room. Overall communication with the host was quite good as well.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation close to the town centre,clean and tidy good shower ,motorcycle parking at the rear right next to the bedroom
