Heidi is the definition of a Super Host. She is super helpful and eager to make your stay memorable. She welcomes you with a special gift and responds quickly to any questions you might have. We choose to stay at the Bunkhouse whenever we come to the Indian Valley area. We are returning guests and encourage you to stay at the Bunkhouse.

Heidi’s delightful retreat in the woods provided us with immense peace and rest during a difficult time. The home was so quaint, charming, homey, CLEAN, and cozy! This was by far the BEST AB&B we have stayed in. And we cannot say enough about Heidi and Paul’s hospitality. So responsive and kind and very invested in our happy stay. I could not recommend this place more. I’d give it 10 stars out of 5!

Hedi always goes the extra mile to make sure we feel welcome. Her homemade jams, jellies, and cookies as welcome gifts are much appreciated. With the weather warming up I look forward to pitching some horseshoes out back the next time we are there. I wished every place we stayed at too as much pride in their place as Heidi and Paul do. Always a restful stay.

We always love staying at the Bunkhouse. We feel it has turned into our home away from home. We are always welcomed with open arms and a special gift. It was so nice to wake up to the sight of a light dusting of snow on the meadow and trees. Such a peaceful stay.

The Bunkhouse is a beautiful abode and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-appointed it was, from the kitchen (coffee+Keurig, tea kettle, ice, bottled water) to the bedrooms (plenty of pillows and blankets, comfy mattress). I slept for eight hours, it was such a restful experience! A huge bonus was the “Bunkhouse History” book on the shelf near the fireplace, which we enjoyed seeing how such a beautiful home came to be. Thanks, Heidi, for the delicious jams and thank you for an unforgettable experience in your gorgeous home!
