centrally located. fast & easy access to medical care, grocery, and gas. clean with nicely sized private room & bathroom. Doug is available for you whenever you need & is a great communicator. excellent place for those traveling for work & want a comfortable homey place to come back to.

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks for the birth and adoption of our baby girl. Doug was amazingly supportive and attentive to any need or request we had during our stay. Newly renovated, well maintained, and located in transitional neighborhood right in the heart of downtown Florence. If staying in the summer time check out the Friday concert series in walking distance from the location. We would certainly stay again in any properties owned and operated by Doug Phillips.
