If I could give this incredible Studio a 6 star rating ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would. The most stunning, relaxing and comfortable accommodation we have stayed in for a very long time. Sarah and Phil have thought of everything and we could tell that they have poured their hearts and souls into making The River Studio a tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful place to stay. The indoor heater, bathroom amenities and furnishings are all top quality. The ability to sit on the deck with a quiet cuppa, enjoy the gorgeous sourdough they supplied along with the aromas of the homemade coffee, whilst watching the wildlife and views makes it all worthwhile. Sarah and Phil were extremely contactable and made an extra special effort for us when my husband had an emergency visit to the hospital which was sadly not part of our beautiful four day plan! They went above and beyond to ensure he could recover in time for our flight home and allow us extra time to pack up which we needed. Sarah and Phil, thank you💞

After just spending three nights at Sarah’s beautiful property I would happily recommend it to all. The property is only about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Launceston but feels like you’re in the middle of a pristine national park with your own five star sanctuary. Everything inside has been chosen with luxury in mind from the linen on the bed to the specialty bread and tea that greeted us. The spacing and design allows privacy from Sarah’s main home but she was more than willing for us to contact her if there was anything we needed. Large windows across the front give a magnificent view and a sublime sunrise. The perfect place to stay if you want to check out Launceston and the surrounding wineries and then retreat to paradise.

Sarah’s place was extremely well stocked and she kindly provided some bread / coffee for our breakfast the next day. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely four nights staying at The River Studio. The space was immaculately decorated and picturesque, featuring sweeping views of the wetlands and wallabies literally at your doorstep most evenings. Sarah was friendly and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
