Stuart and James were very welcoming and responsive in their communication ahead of time. Their home is charming and within walking distance to the old town. We enjoyed our stay.

Stu & James (and Sadie) couldn’t have been any more welcoming, hospitable and helpful. Lovely bedroom in an absolutely gorgeous flat situated minutes walk from The Meadows, with countless cafes, bars, restaurants in the area & easy transport options to the city centre. Couldn’t recommend their place enough!

Lovely room and apartment in a a great neighborhood, close to cafes, quirky shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Walking distance to the Meadows and the center. Stu and James are wonderful hosts and Sadie is the best dog :)

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Stu and James’ place. We arrived quite late our first night and James was there to greet us and show us around their home. The place is so clean and thoughtfully decorated. The room we stayed in was large and the bed was very comfortable. We had access to a bathroom down the hall and to the kitchen that was thoughtfully stocked with oat milk and orange juice that we could help ourselves to. Tea and coffee were also available each morning. They’ve also got a lovely dog named Sadie who we instantly fell in love with. We would highly recommend Stu and James’ place for anyone wanting to stay in a comfortable home in a beautiful part of Edinburgh surrounded by lots of local amenities.

Had a great stay. Stu and James are excellent hosts - very responsive and accommodating. They have a gorgeous apartment in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to Old Town. Highly recommend.
