We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tania. Very nice pool for early evening swims after beach and touring. Samos offered several beaches that were easy to find from property. Very clean house that was well-appointed. Closest village, Kokkari, was just 3km away with great restaurants and beaches to enjoy.

Do not be fooled by the photos and definitely do not buy this house! The photos in the house are expertly taken and are a complete hoax. The sitting area with a view is definitely not as shown. The cleaning of the house was disgraceful, when we got to the house, the bathroom drains were covered in hair. The floors were dirty, when you walk with bare feet, your feet may be pitch black, be careful! The house we rented for 450€ per day would not even be worth 100€. It is not remotely close to the beach. The road to the house passes through the field, getting in and out of the narrow car is a big problem. During our 11-day rental, only 3 hand towels were left in the house. although we expressed it, the host did not care! I have been renting a house from airbnb for years, I have never met such a bad host. When you give 450€ a day to a house, people want a nice clean house and fulfillment of their wishes. We made the mistake of keeping this house by being deceived by these photos when we had a holiday in a 5-star hotel for this price in a cheap place like Samos, don't make the same mistake! All the furniture and materials in the house were low quality. Only 3 water glasses were placed in the house for 6 guests, so we had to spend our whole holiday buying plastic cups and drinking something with them. Despite telling this, the host still didn't care. If the funniest thing in the bbq area hadn't been when we went, she didn't say with photos that the place he advertised was closed due to fire, if you're going to close that area in general, why are you advertising it? As a result of insistence, we were allowed to use it in the last days. Worst of all, there were ants on the beds because the house was not cleaned thoroughly, probably the old occupants left food crumbs somewhere and it was not cleaned, so the house is infested with ants. My child was swollen with ants all over. Finally, the garden furniture is so poor quality that one of them came off when we sat down. As we were leaving the house, the landlord threatened to report us to the police because you broke my chair about it. We told you that the chair was not broken, it was displaced due to its poor quality, but in vain. He claimed that we stole the towels we threw in his dirty basket, but he is too rude to understand what a person who pays 5,000 € for a house will do with a 5 € towel. Samos is a beautiful island but after 11 days of home experience I do not recommend this house to anyone
