Steven is an excellent host, very responsive to our questions. Provides detailed instructions for self check-in. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is fairly good, although it's not quite in the city centre. A twenty minute walk to the main train station. Forty-five minutes walk down to the Promenade. A bus runs right by the location, although it ends early, around 8pm. There is a Carrefour supermarket a two minute walk away.

10/10 recommend if you are looking for an accommodation with kitchen and washer in Nice! Plus the place is really tidy and clean. Though I haven’t seen Steven in person, he has been the most responsive and friendly host I can ever expect. I asked a lot of questions regarding parking and accessibility and he always answered with details and photos for my information. It’s 30 min walk from the Nice ville and the public transportation isn’t as accessible as it is around the city centre. Yet it’s a peaceful, quiet town and I appreciated it much. We first had trouble parking our car since there was no designated space, but max. 20 min you will be able to find a free parking place around the area. The only low point in this airbnb is that the two of us had to stay 3 nights with 3 pieces of towels and two bog rolls. It personally was a bit tight to have to wash the towels to reuse them. Apart from them, it was in overall a wonderful stay in Steven’s place.
