Superb location, 1 min walk from the beach. Close to many restaurants/bars. lovely little room with en-suite bathroom/shower. Great communication from Ben who was a caring host. Great price too Will definitely return Highly recommend.
Last minute because I'd made a mistake with the weekend, it was the busiest weekend of the year and Benjamin sorted me out, I'm very grateful. Cosy quiet room, everything works, comfy bed, location super central. There were tea, coffee, fruit, snacks and water provided. The entry system - you have to follow the instructions exactly but it works very slick then. Benjamin very friendly and welcoming.
Ben is a really communicative and friendly host. We thought the room was at a great location right in the town centre. There was plenty of parking close by (5 min walk) even in peak season. The check in process was super easy, and the bed in the room is sooooo comfortable. You can tell the rooms are newly renovated, they are lovely designed and very clean. Perfect place to stay whilst you are touring Cornwall.

Hi, my names Ben I am 41 and live with my son Tommie in Newquay. We love living an outdoor lifestyle and enjoy living by the sea as it enables us to relish in all the delights on our doorstep, some of these are rock pooling, snorkelling, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, coasteering, walking coastal path, cycling and sometimes sunbathing. We took on a very typical and very retro guest house recently and now offer rooms in our beautiful house very central and near the beach (5 min walk). Our guesthouse called Sea Bed has and still is undergoing many changes during the off season. This entails many 13 hour days and much ripping out of old and replacing with new with a primary focus of improving guest comfort & experience as well as injecting some personality of ours. We hope you find our rooms renovated to a beautiful standard being clean, tidy and comfortable. If you want to see how far we have come just look up silver jubilee where the photos should offer insight to where we started from. We hope you appreciate and enjoy our efforts.
