This stay was an amazing experience. Sergio’s home is nestled on a beautiful cliff in Monte Argentario surrounded by gorgeous ocean. It was breathtaking. There was tons of terrace space and three different points to access the ocean and take a dip. You could walk right into Santo Stefano which was also a huge plus. We had dinner cooked by Sergio’s nephew which was absolutely delicious - a three course meal with wine included and we were served privately on the terrace. If you get the offer to have them cook dinner I highly recommend accepting. Our best meal of the trip! Breakfast was also lovely and served from the terrace.

Sergio and his family are fantastic hosts. Always warm and friendly. We had a delicious meal on the balcony overlooking Porto Santo Stefano. Swimming off the rocks at the bottom of the villa was a highlight. So private and would definitely visit again.

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Meer (felsig!), hat ein tolles Flair, einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und eigene kleine Terrasse (allerdings sehr nah am Nachbarzimmer). Es ist nah am Hafen, aber der Fußweg geht auf einer sehr befahrenen Straße, man muss ein bisschen aufpassen, vor allem das Verlassen des Hauses auf die Straße ist eine kleine Herausforderung, wenn die Autos kommen...es ist doch ein gewisser Spaziergang von ca. 30 Minuten wenn man mitten auf den Hafen will, aber das ist okay und sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist zwischen 8:30 und 10 Uhr und "italienisch"...;). Sergio ein charmanter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Danke für den Aufenthalt in einem sehr authentischen Zuhause mit Atmosphäre.

Sergio, his wife and their cute dog are amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay, simple but clean room with direct access to the terrace with an amazing view. We really enjoyed the garden with a lot of different places to sit down and relax. There are three access points to the ocean directly from the garden. When you go down to the city the road is quite narrow and it was a lot of traffic so I wouldn’t recommend walking there with small kids or a lot of luggage, but we managed. We were very happy with the stay and highly recommend it if you are searching for uniq and personal place to just relax and enjoy the amazing view!
