We had a great stay. Lovely warm homely house in a great location. Great for checking the surf and easy access to Bundoran and surrounding area.

I stayed at Geoffreys with my family for 3 nights recently. There was 8 of us. I was on a visit from Australia where i now live, so all the family including my parents and siblings got away together for few days. The gouse was perfect size and very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and we loved the Cliff walk. Thanks for making the stay so easy.

The house is in a really good location as advertised – very close to a sea-walk. The house is spacious and met with the needs of the group in that regard. However, a few things were disappointing. Nothing in the kitchen except the kitchen ware i.e., no condiments, tea, oils etc. Bowls are small and no frying pan. An email after booking announcing a 250 euro cash deposit, returned on departure once everything is seen to be in good condition. Also, a 15 euro utilities fee per night, payable on arrival. The house is stated to be pet-friendly with 30 euro charge. However, the introduction booklet states that "all hair left by pets is the sole responsibility of the pet owner, and should be dealt with before departure". There was also stated to be a charge for wi-fi though we were not charged in the end. The house itself was good overall but the terms and conditions were not.

Check in time is limited - so just keep that in mind. There is a €20 late check in fee (cash in hand). There was a €10 fee for electricity per night (cash in hand). There is a €250 security deposit (cash in hand). Check out is 10:00am. Ensure you are ready as they arrived at our door at 9:50am.
