I’ve stayed at countless AirBnB’s and this is one of the best by far! I booked the place for a girls birthday weekend with my mom and we were beyond happy with our stay. The host went above and beyond and the house is so beautiful - my mom checked the labels of all the bedding and mattresses so she could get the same for her own house n We took the kayaks out every day of our stay and loved the private neighborhood and walking to the beach. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Jeff was an amazing host and we absolutely loved staying at his place. From the booking, to the greeting and the entire stay, Jeff showed a level of care that I would expect from a long-time friend hosting us as a house guests for the week. I wrote in his guest book that if the Four Seasons had beach cottages, this would be one of them and it’s because of not only the magical setting but also the white glove service and attention to detail we got during our stay. 🙏🏼

Such a wonderful stay at Casa Jeff. Gorgeous beach just down the road, kayaking off the patio, grilling sausages in the sun. It's the best Airbnb me and my family have ever stayed in and we can't wait to go back. Jeff is crazy responsive too - utterly helpful and lovely. Go and stay ASAP!

We felt very lucky to be able to stay at Jeff’s home for a long weekend, especially with our pet! The views made our trip! We loved waking to the beach in the morning and the sunsets from the couch at night. The home was beautiful, better than the photos. Jeff was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful, honestly one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve met. Everything in the home was so thoughtful (we appreciated the pet bowls and bed, the creamer for coffee and gloves for our morning walks!) We were a little worried about spending a long weekend here in February, but we were warm and cozy. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could need. The wifi and Netflix were fast. We slept so well on the king size bed at night. We had fun exploring Southampton and Sag Harbor which are a short drive away. This place was so fun in February, but I imagine even better during the summer. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Towd Point Landing! The house had everything we needed, plus additional thoughtful items that made our stay even more enjoyable! The check-in was extremely easy and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The location is beautiful and serene. We enjoyed walking to the beach each day. We even had a visit from the swans! We look forward to returning to Towd Point Landing again in the future!
