The house worked perfectly for our family reunion. 13 adults and 2 infants couldn't have been more comfortable in its spacious surroundings. The house was immaculately clean and fully equipped and stocked with basic ingredients to cook and grill a variety of dishes and meals. A large play area downstairs, a beautiful backyard coupled with sports equipment also provides an ideal rental for large families with children. Charles was an incredible host throughout the entire process. Very conscientious and responsive to all our needs, including baby accessories. I would highly recommend this home for large groups seeking accommodations in the Ann Arbor area.
