INTERIOR: This home has a total of 4 levels, offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, along with 3 separate living room spaces. The main floor offers a kitchen/dining room space that walks out onto the deck overlooking the water. It also has a small living room area, full bathroom, and laundry room with an updated washer and dryer set. The second level offers the largest of the three living rooms that also has plenty of seating, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and many games and books for all ages to enjoy. The second level bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed with another smart TV. Up on the top level, you will find the second full bathroom along with two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a KING sized bed, stunning views of the lake, and a private walk-out balcony. The second bedroom has two sets of TWIN sized bunk beds and a single TWIN sized bed located on an elevated platform- a great space for 5 kids to share! Down on the lowest level, you will find the fourth bedroom with a FULL sized bed and the third living room area. This area has a pullout sofa that pulls out into a small FULL sized bed, as well as, a dry bar area, and another smart TV. EXTERIOR: This extraordinary property has a large beach and 100 feet of walk-in sandy bottom beach. There is a large dock, two moorings available during your stay, and the boat launch is located right down the road. Additionally, the large deck that overlooks the water has a grill and outdoor eating space. There is one canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, swim floats and a hammock for guests to use, as well as, Can-Jam, Corn Hole, and Ladder Ball. The firepit has adirondack chairs around it for stunning sunsets that color the sky with vibrant pinks, purples and orange hues! Trust us when we say, they are IG worthy! The large grassy yard is perfect for kids to run around and play or just for playing yard games with friends and family. And there are 2 large picnic tables on the property for everyone to dine at while grilling up some dinner. Don't worry, we've got you covered during power outages! There is a back-up generator that automatically kicks on if the power is lost. *Dock and mooring are available late spring to early fall. SPRING STAYS: Spring fishing and hiking are extremely popular pastimes near Sebago and this is the perfect place to enjoy them!
