Clean, good price, handy location for the beacons.

Great location for BPW and general amenities (Londis literally around the corner) and a lovely little pub down the road. Seems newly decorated (and stylishly done at that) however could have been cleaner - a hoover and/or dustpan and brush would have been useful. As would have some basic kitchen stuff (like a tea towel and a plug for the sink!) The biggest issue for us was that one of the bedrooms is seriously on a slope and so is the bed - not the most comfortable nights sleep (especially when about to launch yourself down some extreme MTB trails). Could be a super place with a bit more thought (not sure what you'd do about the wonky bedroom though) Regardless enjoyed stay (even if a little tired now!)
