This was a great location, great price, and great stay for my family over this past weekend. We took a trip in to Phoenix for a hockey game, and with higher gas prices we needed a nicely priced place to stay. All of the hotels in the area of the arena alone were almost $1.5k. This location was roughly half the cost, and way closer to the arena than we could have hoped for. (I imagine prices are subject to change, so please don't expect or demand prices from the AMAZING owner Fidelma) In addition to the location, the backyard is facing the west so you can actually have a cool, relaxing morning before it gets too hot. Also all 5 rooms have beds that can fit at least 2 people. This is an absolutely superb listing for large groups.

Beautiful and Spacious. Our Host was very attentive when needed and very flexible on check-in and check-out. Our Airbnb was provided with extra accommodations. Our Host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Definitely would recommend and use our Host again.
