离车站很近，还有一个大超市，很方便

We truly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is peaceful and at the same time close to the station to travel to other nearby cities, within walkable distance to the old town and the sea. The apartment has everything you could need with an incredible terrace and even an umbrella for the beach! The only thing that was missing for us was an iron. Carlo was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

An ideal location for a short break. Very near some great restaurants, a large supermarket and public transport. The train station was just a few minutes away, with easy access to the whole of the Cote D’Azur.

I had a wonderful time. I had to work in the flat due to some changes and as soon as I got in the flat I had to join a work conference. Everything worked perfectly, within minutes after my arrival I was online and could join my work call. The neighbourhood is quite chilled and you can reach everything you want to see in Nice within 20 minutes walk. There is a very good bakery around the corner and in general there are a lot of shops in the area. Carlo was very helpful and everything worked perfectly.

Mon séjour chez Carlo était parfait. L'appartement est propre, chaleureux et vraiment calme, dans un quartier idéal pour rejoindre le port, le petit marais ou le vieux Nice. Commerces et restaurants à proximité notamment un Carrefour qui dépanne bien! je reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain passage à Nice.
