This is a beautiful lakefront property that has relaxing views and plenty of space. The upstairs only has a half bath, so it is best for just kids and not an extra family. The bedrooms are large and the beds are all very comfortable. The living area is smaller than expected if you plan to have everyone in the same room. There isn’t much of a dining space if wanting to sit at a table. You can hear the highway when outside, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Make sure you bring plenty of games or be prepared if weather is not great. I had wished for a game table or closet of board games. I enjoyed having on-site laundry and a fire pit. Bring your wine tool! Grocery stores are nearby. I would have liked to have seen a guide book of local restaurants or activity recommendations. We did enjoy visiting the Caverns in Pelham, TN and going to Swanee, TN. If going to enjoy the lake, it is very nice to have a boat slip. Place was clean, comfortable and fit all of our needs.

This is my second stay at this location, and it was just as great as my first trip! Beautiful home with great amenities. Rob is a wonderful host!

We love staying here! Have booked Rob’s place for a weekend with friends two years in a row, and couldn’t love it more. He’s a great host, the space is wonderful, and the access the boat slip/water couldn’t be better. We look forward to staying here again in the future! :)

Great place to stay. Privacy is good. Rob always responds very well and is easy to communicate with.
