spent a long weekend at Linda's beautiful home ,well equipped kitchen and bathrooms all that you need and more. fantastic views from all rooms in the house, the hottub was lovely and not overlooked by any other properties. well recommended for a lovely peaceful stay

Had a fabulous stay at Linda’s house over Christmas. The house is large and very well equipped and decorated. We were able to store and cook our Christmas lunch with no problem as the kitchen is large and had everything we needed. Linda decorated the house beautifully for the festive period which was lovely. We only use the fire once because the weather was so mild, but it was lovely. Biggest hit was the hot tub which we made great use of. Nothing quite like relaxing under the stars, listening to the ocean. Would highly recommend.

A really enjoyable stay at Linda’s place in Sandgate. The home is really well presented, with great views of the sea. Spacious and clean rooms and the hot tub is great, our kids really enjoyed it! Linda was very responsive as a host and really welcoming on our arrival. Overall, a really nice stay for us as a family - recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Bay View. Linda was a great host who met us on arrival and gave us a detailed tour of the house. The house itself is impressive with far reaching sea views and perfectly placed balconies to view them from. The hot tub is also a massive bonus, spotlessly clean and easy to use. Two parking spaces at the house also, which again is a bonus. Bedrooms are a good size with luxury linens and again beautiful sea views. Bathrooms extremely clean with free products to use. Kitchen was well stocked and living areas super comfy. The neighbourhood is very quiet with impressive houses within the cul-de-sac. We went down to the beach twice which wasn’t massively busy either time. Our recommendations if you’re travelling with kids would be: Rare Breeds Centre, Lower Leas Coastal Park and Sandgate Beach. We also had a super roast at The Tiger Inn on Sunday afternoon. All in all a great stay, thank you Linda!

Absolutely lovely! The pictures do not do this place justice! It's much larger than we anticipated, it's like a labyrinth getting about the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub, again this is huge and the three of us relaxed comfortably! The views from the property were spectacular and on the clear days we could even see France! The beds were super comfortable and the property is well stocked with everything you could ask for! Linda was a great host, very welcoming and made us feel at home whilst allowing us privacy. Thank you for our stay, till next time :)
