Generally not one to complain but this stay was very frustrating for our group. Cleaning crew did substandard job. Cobwebs on fixtures, food left dried up in the kitchen cabinets. Only way to access Hallway bathroom was entering the small hallway there was no door on the bedroom had to enter a bedroom to access the bathroom as there was no door separating the bedroom & access to bathroom. Made it uncomfortable to use the restroom at night as you walk into the bedroom to access bathroom. Fridge barely stayed cool enough to keep food safe. used coolers for all drinks and kept minimal items in fridge with no resolve. Asked hosts for resolve said would deliver a new fridge but never came. Confusion on checkout day and fridge due to them mixing up our house with different guests. They sent pics of other guests personal info to us which is how we finally figured out confusion. We would not choose to stay there again. Just not a great experience for us.

This is a roomy, comfortable cabin that is within walking distance of downtown Lake City, the river, and several hiking trails. We highly recommend staying with Phyllis and Arlen!
