Die Wohnung war keinesfalls so wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet war. Überall in der Wohnung war es dreckig und staubig es wurde ganz bestimmt über eine lange Zeitraum dort nicht sauber gemacht. Die Wände waren sehr undicht man konnte alles von den anderen Nachbarn hören als jemand die Tür aufgemacht hat von drüben hätte man denken können das die eigene Tür aufgegangen ist und gleich jemand ins Zimmer reinkommen wird über die ganzen schlaflosen Nächte aufgrund des Lärmes will ich garnicht reden. So eine Wohnung sollte man nicht anbieten können auf Airbnb zudem war sie sehr überteuert für mich war das rausgeschmissenes Geld ich kann es nicht nachvollziehen mit was für einem Gewissen man so eine schreckliche, dreckige und stinkende Wohnung an andere für so viel Geld vermieten kann. Finger weg von dieser Wohnung !!!

The flat was very clean and well equipped. Communication from the team was great prior to arrival. Check in instructions were very accurate. However the flat is in a council state and didn’t feel safe in the late evening/night. It’s on the third floor with no lift. The walls are extremely thin and everything can be heard through the walls.

I needed a quiet place to stay over the easter so I booked this place. It only had one review but I decided to take a chance because it looked ideal for my needs. I'll start with the pros. pros: - The flat was spotless, and apart from a few marks in the kitchen, everything was very clean. - The owner of the flat has really thought of everything for you to have a comfortable stay. There are throws, blankets, towels, kitchen amenities, and even cosy slippers for guests. - There was quite a lot of food in the flat. I didn't touch it because I was not sure if it was for guests but there was a new carton of milk in the fridge and tea which I did make use of. Cons: - The flat is not close to a tube station, I had to get a bus from the nearest station which is not ideal. - The flat is located in an ex-council block which I was not expecting. It was okay for me because I was having a low-key break but this is definitely not an area I would feel comfortable in with designer items or expensive items. You would stick out like a sore thumb and I wouldn't advise it. - There are no lifts so I had to carry my luggage to the topmost floor of the block, I don't remember this being indicated in the advert because I would not have booked it if I had read that. - I wanted a quiet place to stay but I could hear a lot of sounds while I was in the flat from the people next door walking up and down their stairs and talking ( so the walls are pretty thin ). - Based on all the points above, I felt the flat was too expensive. Based on the nightly rate, I was not expecting the flat to be in the location it was in ( but maybe I am just not familiar with London accommodation prices) In conclusion, if the price was adjusted to account for the location and other things, I think this could be a good place for someone who wants a lowkey place to stay and if you are a music lover this could be a great place for you because there really are 3 guitars in flat ( as shown in the pictures). -

The owner is very helpful and answers to our messages even late at night! The property is nice and clean and not very far from city center.
