Housekeeper was very helpful. Location was convenient even though initially directions didn't lead to the property.

This is my second stay at Joe’s place and won’t be my last. So it says a lot about Joe’s hospitality. You always feel at home and the caretakers make the experience even better. Thanks Joe.

I had a very good experience at Joe's place. From check in to check out. The communication was prompt and excellent. The community is clean and serene. My son enjoyed our walks around and riding his bicycle around. The caretaker, Collins, was very helpful. I will always stay there anytime I'm in Accra, Just a few things to take note of. 1. The apartment needs some soundproofing. Every sound from outside is heard right in the rooms: the sound of car engines, footsteps, worse of all the sound of rain on the roofs. It can be very annoying and disturbing, especially in the mornings. 2. The black Sofa in the master bedroom is broken right in the middle. I never sat in it until my last day, and I feel right into the middle hole :-) 3. The caretaker Collins was extremely supportive but was always requesting for the kitchen door to be left unlocked for his access. I told Joe about it and he told me to let him in only when I wanted but Collins still made that request, especially to my son's nanny. 4. The front door's latch is broken, you always have to lock it with a key from the inside. 5. The taps were almost always running the water pressure was poor especially in the bathrooms upstairs. the shower never worked for me. 6. For some reason internet access was poor indoors, especially in the master bedroom. I always had to put my Surfline internet mifare outside the windows before i could get internet access. Thanks Joe, i had a great time. Hope to be back soon.

Nice view of the estates and very quite and noce place with security always at post.Great stay for me.

Good clean area. Mini mart close by with European conveniences. Town accessible via bolt and uber. Nice house in compound with security guard on main gate. Issues with drought- water trickles from upstairs shower/ bathroom tap. Contact host to fill up water tank sufficient for everyone and whole length of stay BEFORE YOU ARRIVE if drought continues. Nothing more frustrating than sweat and dirt. No ceiling Fan in front room - but has air con. Issue with locking of back door used as entry. Have let host know about. House keepers friendly and helpful.
