I had an amazing two-week vacation at Maureen’s house. The place was wonderful, providing all we needed. The spacious , well - equipped interior created a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked. The highlight of the house was the incredible backyard with a large deck and swimming pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the beach was just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Although Maureen wasn’t physically present, she was always available by text to help and answer any questions we had. Her prompt responses and willingness to assist added to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Maureen’s house in Hampton Bays. It provided us with a fantastic vacation experience, with its wonderful amenities, convenient location and the warm hospitality of our host. Whether you’re traveling with family, or even a furry companion, this house is the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

Maureen was very responsive with communication, and appreciated her flexibility. The property is lovely with nicely fenced grounds, pool and hot tub. House is spacious. The beach that is advertised as walkable was posted as not a swimming beach; not sure if that is all the time. Some things could use more attention. Basement smelled of mildew. Lots of air fresheners throughout. Beds were quite uncomfortable. One mattress was collapsed, and when let Maureen know she was responsive, mentioning basement had pullout (but smelled down there) and offered to have handy person come over. Two of the other beds (including primary suite) were quite hard beds. The 4th one was okay due to topper (otherwise you could feel springs through mattress). Other items just seemed like TLC was needed; igniter didn't work on grill; grill tongs broken; was an iron but no ironing board; cleaner missed some, such as items on bedroom and closet floors and OTC med under sink in primary bedroom.

My family and I had a wonderful week ! The house is beautiful and clean. The backyard is so peaceful and relaxing! Would absolutely recommend this house and host!
