Location close to sea front. Spacious for two adults. Two bathrooms a bonus, showers excellent. Dressing room and wardrobe was very handy. A clean, modern caravan. Heating worked well once we had figured it out. Very confusing instructions sent initially. Tried locating but was unsuccessful. Contacted reception and even they were confused but eventually they did it by process of elimination. Reception gave us a map but if reception had been closed we would have been stuffed. We would suggest putting the caravan name prominently in the window. A book with general information of the area would have been helpful. Location is great for a central location to visit Morpeth, Holy island and the rest of the coast.

booked this to use as a base for sightseeing the north east coast. we had a lovely little break in Victoria's caravan ...nice, modern and lovely and clean, was happy to stay in. The site is child and pet friendly. club on site had good entertainment for kids and adults. site locaation of the van is in a nice and quiet spot too. would definitely use again.

Really nice caravan in a decent location. Very clean and easy to find/access. Owner was in comms to ensure everything was ok on the day of arrival. Had a lovely time as a result. Highly recommended.
