Our property is located at the southern side of "El Rodadero" which is mostly residential, where locals live, making it a more peaceful part of the city, away from bars and night clubs. Since we are not located on a main avenue, there is very little noise from traffic. You have public beach access exactly one block away (or a 2 minute walk). Within 10 minutes walking time, you can get to "arrecifes" which is an importan shopping mall. Within one block you have 2 excellent restaurants called "beer garden" and "sabor de italia". Right next to our property there is a D1 supermarket with great prices and variety. There is plenty of outside public parking on the street at no cost.
