This house was amazing for our beach weekend trip with 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids)! - We loved being right on the beach, it has a beautiful path down to the white sand - It is on the quieter end of the beach, which we preferred over the broadwalk area - The house is well maintained and we had privacy with bedrooms spread amongst the 3 floors - We loved sitting on the main floor deck and eating our meals - Kitchen has all the cookware you need We are giving it 4 stars since this is the skimpiest rental we have stayed at (have stayed at over 30 rentals). Given that it is not a cheap rental, it’s very irritating that they don’t provide the basics. Here are some examples: - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom - 1 towel per guest and no beach towels - They provided 2 dishwasher soap pods (we were there for 3 nights) - Absolutely no cooking oils, spices, etc. - No saran wrap, tin foil, etc. Saying all that, we would still stay here again.

Beautiful home! Pool cleaned daily. Downstairs shower did not have hot water but Going Coastal quickly responded and sent someone out. Communication was excellent and fast. House was clean- I graded it a 4 because an outside balcony had a bird nest that left excrement on the porch therefore unusable. I’m sure that will be addressed asap if the response was like we had with the water issue. I would recommend this company and I will use again in the future.

Our stay was great. One of the hardest part with larger air bnb is that they seem to have plenty of beds but never enough chairs at dining tables/couches, and that is NOT the case here. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and greatly appreciated that the dining and lounging areas accommodated 8-10. Overall we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! It was just a peaceful retreat with an amazing view of the ocean from the decks. The hammock off the master deck was the best place to cozy up and take a nap! The house was large enough for our girls trip and we all loved our spaces! The elevator made it so easy packing up luggage and sending it down to be loaded up! We were all sad to have to come back home to our regular days and can’t wait to come back to enjoy our beach days again soon!
