This was our third stay at Silk Tree Cottage that confirmed our experience of an exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. Silk Tree Cottage is an absolutely lovely place set in beautiful surroundings. We would highly recommend it. We have already booked a return stay. It is a peaceful place yet within easy reach of Rolleston and Christchurch.

Michelle’s place was delightful. It was lovely being away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with an easy drive into the city when we wanted. The cottage was clean and spacious and Michelle was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend her place and would certainly stay here again if ever we are over this way again.

A lovely peaceful getaway. Very quiet. Cottage is bright and nicely decorated. Kitchen is adequately supplied for two guests. Milk, cereal and coffee supplied. Internet was fine. TV selection is not great but there are lots of DVDs or ... better yet ... a perfect place to read a book. Friendly host but not invasive. Would stay again.
