Darius was a great host very quick with response concerning any question I had. The location was convenient to a local grocery store and your usual needed stores for those little things you need when on vacation. The travel to D.C for site seeing was a pretty decent one about a 20 to 25 min ride down, a bit longer back to the house due to what seems to be always heavy traffic near the capitol. Great place when flying into B.W.I and visiting the D.C area. Sorry I have no info about the public transportation aspect we're a family of 7 and had a rental. Overall very satisfied.

Darius' place was extremely clean and met my family's needs. The decor is fun and the beds are comfy with soft sheets. However, we had numerous issues communicating with the host after we had confirmed and paid that led this to be a frustrating check-in experience. First Darius demanded a $300 deposit because we were local to DC and a "higher risk for parties." This was refunded immediately upon check out, but not disclosed until after booking. Darius also required I send a picture of my license or passport, which should not be necessary given that I'm verified through AirBnB and made me uncomfortable, but he wouldn't send check in instructions without this. These extra steps should be disclosed at booking and not after. Overall, a great stay and place but check-in instructions/rules should be clarified and made transparent.

My family and I traveled from NC to attend my graduation at UMD. This house easily accommodated all 9 of us and was a short drive to UMD. It was beautiful (just as you see in the photos), clean, and we loved the nice touches to the house! The bedroom next to the laundry room is the most comfortable bed I’ve layed in in a very long time. I literally felt like I was on the clouds. My cousin even left her room to take a nap on my bed because of how comfortable it was. Do keep in mind there is a basement that people can rent out as well. We didn’t have any issues at all as the areas are completely separate and we only saw each other briefly when we were in the driveway at the same time. Darius was responsive with answers to my questions. My only complaint is that I wish there was more than 1 trash bag, other than that 10/10 would recommend. My family and I were very pleased with our stay.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The house was easy to find and close to 295 for an easy drive to dc. House was exactly as described: spotless, super comfortable, spacious for our party of 8. Lots of games and big screen tvs to keep our party entertained. There is a grocery store 5 mins away and fast food restaurant a few blocks down for last minute bites. Highly recommend getting this place. The amenities l, cleanliness, and location are worth it.
