We spend 5 days here, the place is perfect for some relaxing days near the coast. We truly enjoyed it. Dawn was always very responsive and even let some presents for the kids at home when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Went for a short weekend break with 2 friends and loved the accommodation. Really quiet place, nice pool to cool off in, everything you need to be self sufficient Shops and restaurants within 5 minutes of the house too. Went into Benidorm itself, don’t bother, the local town is nicer, food is great too. Dawn the host has been superb from the start, very responsive and full of local knowledge for recommendations. She has a local lady ably assisting too who met us at check in Basically a very easy process so we made the most of our stay

Family of 7 stayed for 2 weeks. The house is huge and photos dont do justice enough for how beautiful everything is! Spotlessly clean, towels, linen, pool at lot bigger than photos show. So many amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Beach around 15mins walk away- stoney beach but didnt bother the kids! Honesty cannot wait to book again. We all had an amazing stay and a huge thank you to Dawn for sharing her home with us. Everything you need plus more 😍

Beautifully clean and comfortable stay at Dawn’s place. Easy to get to local restaurants and shops made for a great stay. Dawn is a great host and we even had a bottle of bubbly on arrival which was very thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay at Dawn’s place. The house was beautiful, comfy and clean. It had everything you could need and was a home away from home!! It was walking distance to local bus routes to Altea and Benidorm. Ideally located and lots to do near by. Dawn was an excellent host super helpful and great communication throughout our stay! We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend! Thanks for hosting us!
