This place comes with pretty much everything you need: a parking spot in the driveway, a small terrace with a bench, a couple of seats and a coffee table, all under cover. Now, let's talk cleanliness. This place was so clean I swear you could perform surgery on the floor. It may have been a tad too enthusiastic on the ol' disinfectant, though. The scent of cleaning solutions hung in the air longer than your aunt’s goodbye at family gatherings. I'm nitpicking here - it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We had everything we needed and all in all, the place was a real gem. The host is very friendly & I’d definitely choose this place again if in the area!

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad tijdens onze roadtrip. Roberto gaf ons fijne tips waar we wel en niet heen moesten gaan. Roberto was erg vriendelijk en het appartement straalde rust en privacy uit! Het was een geslaagd verblijf ☺️

Thank youbso mych for hoasting us..very clean and peaceful studio with a beautiful patio and a private walk through to the studio from the main house...was always helpful and thanks forbletting me keep the luggage outside after check out so I could go out without having tobwalkbaroundvwith them... and come back to collect before my flight... Would recommend 👌 👍 👏

Rober’s place was perfect for a couple. Super clean and very conveniently located - a couple of miles to Little Havana. We also appreciated his local recommendations. Would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit Miami.
