Stylish decor and central location are the better attributes of this place. The listing provided good directions and house instructions. The TV and WiFi worked well. In reality, it is difficult for older adults to climb a long steep flight of stairs, endure varying temperatures without a thermostat, and tolerate early morning noise due to thin walls. The overhead fan and bedside sleep machine are insufficient solutions to structural deficiencies. The steps on to the narrow balcony (which is really the roof of a storefront overhang) are precarious. The space inside the bathroom is tight for navigating toilet and shower use. The low bed and inferior mattress are less than supportive for large adults . This place is better suited for younger adults who have more energy and less expectations. We appreciate effort to renovate older buildings and would recommend further investment to make this a top notch place to stay.

My husband and I had a quick work trip so we just needed one night in Laurel. This place was perfect for us. It was clean and cozy. The location is great. We were able to walk to eat supper and do some local shopping the next morning.

Katie was wonderful in fixing the lock issues. I must apologize to the cleaners for I forgot to leave a well deserved tip. My apologies!

Cute downtown loft. Close to everything we wanted to see. We walked a lot. Comfortable bed.
