A renovated ground & first floor apartment in an ideal spot in the brunch & antiques hub of Armadale With a west facing kitchen that’s graced with morning light floating across the marble bench top, this modern apartment has every amenity & gadget you could possibly need, including a double fridge and freezer. A secluded but lovely jasmine covered courtyard runs alongside the contemporary art decorated living room, connected by French doors. Designed for both lively indoor and outdoor dining with relaxing living spaces, my apartment is both ideal for family vacations or WFA (working from anywhere). Heating & cooling with separate remotes is available in every room. Upstairs there’s a stylish but professional office with a small portion of my library of art, music and history books for your enjoyment. The master and ‘guest’ bedrooms each have spacious wardrobes, plush carpet and an abundance of natural light (but with great shutters for those sleep ins), with a king bed in the master and a double bed in the guest. The master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom includes a bath and a separate second toilet for your peace of mind. There’s also a downstairs powder room which adjoins the laundry (washer + dryer) at the landing leading to the secure underground carpark.

Excellent location, and beautiful cute townhouse with all the essentials in the kitchen. I stayed for 2.5 months with a 6 month old and it was a very comfortable stay. Jennifer was very prompt with her responses and communication. Will love to stay here again.

Great place to stay! Close to everywhere. Jennifer brought us what we needed during stay. Great host! Just a neighbor had party few times during our stay that made our son woke up.
Jennifer’s place was a superb home away from home. In the middle of Armadale with easy access to restaurants, transport and life’s essentials. Jennifer was proactive with her communication, left clear instructions on arrival and departure and nothing was ever too much trouble. The place was equipped with everything you need and the office / study and sunny courtyard meant I could work and live with loads of room to move. Would love to return.
We spent eight weeks at Jennifer's apartment whilst waiting for our new home to be ready. We were so lucky to be able to extend out stay a couple of times due to delays and Jennifer was so accommodating and flexible. The apartment is in a great location, easy access to tram and train. Also really close to shops, cafes, restaurants everything you need especially if you don't want to cook. We loved our stay and it was a perfect interlude in-between houses. We couldn't recommend it high enough. Fantastic.

The apartment is a short walk from Toorak train station, the number 6 tram a step away.
It’s located within a block of some of the best purveyors of Australian produce, including Lune patisserie, Armadale Cellars as well Leaf grocers, deli & florists just up the road. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax in nature, Toorak Park, Victory Square & the homeground of the Toorak-Prahran cricket club are an even shorter walk. A 24/7 gym is less than 50m down the road.
The newly refurbished Orrong Hotel sits around the corner at the junction of High st and Orrong road in all it’s deco glory, perfect for a pint and a Parma. It doesn’t matter the direction you’re walking from my apartment, you simply can’t lose!
