Has an open floor plan with multiple living spaces. Large yard with a 6 ft privacy fence backing to open space. Covered Deck, Fire Pit, Large 6 seat Hot Tub, Mountain Views! If you need more space(s) for an event inquire as our next door neighbor airbnbs as well. Ranch with Finished Basement. 2 Large Living Spaces on Both Levels. Large Dining Table on main level. Large Smart HDTV's and sound systems in both living rooms. Master also has 50in smart TV. Master Bed with a King and 5 piece bath on main level. 2 other dedicated bedrooms (1 queen up, 1 king down) and 2 additional full baths (one up one down). Dedicated Office on main level with an optional air bed. New Home Gym Equipment in the Basement! Treadmill and stationary bike! The home is well equipped as the owners primary residence so pots pans spices condiments ect are well stocked!

This is a beautiful place, very peaceful and safe, people were out walking their dogs and children. The house had everything you need and more. Very responsive hosts. It’s a little pricey, but in my opinion well worth it. When I’m back in the area I will absolutely rent again. We didn’t want to go home.
Trae and Katie were more than accommodating and the communication was unmatched. The space was beautiful and located in a very safe neighborhood. I had never heard of Severance until this and I am glad I did, it was very central for our needs.
Who knew Severance was the “place to be” ?! Beautiful house with lots of space. Comfortable beds, clutter free bathrooms, and lots of chargers convenient in all the right places. The amazing kitchen is the heart of this house! Main floor w/ open space shared w/ dining and living areas was perfect for our family~ especially as rain kept us indoors. The spacious backyard and green belt view from upper patio was lovely. GREAT Walkable neighborhood. Family room was perfect place to livestream the CSU Graduation. Thank you Katie & Trae for saving the day with a stress free, comfortable, and memorable weekend! 🫶🏽Neva & Rich ⚓️

Our neighborhood has great walking trails! We have 2 restaurants and a great coffee and ice cream shop in close walking distance. Additionally there are multiple parks with playgrounds within a mile for your children to enjoy.
In addition to restaurants and shops right at the front of the neighborhood, you Easy access to I25, Windsor, Tinmath, Greeley, and Ft. Collins.
