GET OUT OF THE ROUTINE AND HAVE AN AMAZING TIME! FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED HOUSE WITH POOL IDEAL FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! ¡DO NOT STAY WITH THE DESIRE! I ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL LOVE IT, WITHIN A SUPER CLEAN AND SAFE FRACTIONATION. VERY CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTERS, AIRPORT, WATER PARKS AND BEACHES It is completely new and of quality, the whole house has AC, they also have mosquito nets. The 3 bedrooms have AC as well as the dining room. You have access to the pool of the cluster and the lagoon of the subdivision with more than 32,000 square meters.

The subdivision in which the house is located has security from the entrance, with security personnel and video surveillance. The cluster has an automatic door with which you can open from an app. The lagoon is spectacular with 32,000 meters. square, green pastures 6 swimming pools, playground for children, joggers and bicycle track. In the cluster there is a pool and palapa. You don't need to go to the beach! even the Oxxo is within the subdivision.
