Lovely cottage perfectly located at the south end of the island. The beach is a five minute walk. We loved the two screened in porches and the fenced in yard for our dog. The home was very clean. The neighborhood is wonderfully walkable, and everyone was extremely friendly. The bedrooms were a bit snug, but this is an old cottage that has been lovingly restored, so we did not expect huge bedrooms. The layout is very nice, and the bathroom is a very nice size. The Wi-Fi was strong enough that I could work. The appliances were updated, though the grill was not all that clean, so we did not use it. The space is probably due for a bit of a refresh, such as a fresh coat of paint, as there was quite a bit of chipped paint throughout. Also, the lawn care company showed up unexpectedly one morning. Perhaps I missed the notification, but it definitely would’ve been good to know the day they were going to be on the property. We loved Tybee Island and can recommend this cottage.

We loved our stay! The house is comfortable and well equipped and is conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with easy walk to a non-congested part of the beach and an even easier walk to the grocery store around the corner. Walking to restaurants is a little further but still easy and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island! Rented a golf cart from Tybee Golf Carts which made getting from the cottage to the beach a breeze! It was an easy walk as well. The host is very responsive to questions.
