Great base to explore Palermo. Right in the middle of Vucciria. I stayed over the weekend - it was definitely quite noisy on the Saturday night but was still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Antonella was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Antonella’s apartment. Unfortunately, one of our flights cancelled causing us to miss a day of our trip and Antonella suggested refunding us for the day without me even considering asking. She was able to coordinate transportation for us from the airport which saved us money and stress after such a long day of travel. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great location with lots to do and eat nearby. It did get a little noisy at night due to the proximity of bars and nightclubs, but I was aware of this beforehand so we were prepared and it was manageable. Antonella also provided recommendations of things to do and eat. She helped me coordinate a taxi to the train station when I had issues with my phone. All around a great host and stay!

Very central appartement. Everything you want to see is around the appartement. The place is very clean and feels nice. Antonella is very friendly and helpful. Perfect stay, perfect place 😊

Antonella was amazing, she has done so much for us so our stay could be as comfortable as it can be. We had really early flight in the morning and Antonella helped us with earlier check-in. She was also very responsive and supportive. Really would recommend the host all over again. The house itself was also very clean, had absolutely everything you would need and more, felt just like home. P.S. However, there are some fact about neighbourhood that you would like to take into a consideration: 1) It is VERY loud. By very loud I mean loud music outside until 5-6 am on a weekends, 3-4 am on a regular weekday. There are some earplugs inside the apartment but it barely helps as the bed moves from the vibration of the music. So if that is what you're looking for - go ahead, but if you are a light sleeper this apartment might not be the best fit for you. 2) Neighbours throw their cigarettes out of balconies so you have to be careful of your clothes as we lost one good t-shirt due to the that.

We stayed for a week at the apartment and it really felt like home. The interior is very cozy and the balcony just really makes it complete. The apartment is near a very crowded square where there is music/food. We are from the city so the sounds didn’t annoy us at all. Everything is walking distance and there is enough to do and see. We had an overall great experience! Antonella was a great host, would recommend!
