Rebecca is a fantastic host. She was proactive and always helpful. Rebecca welcomed us upon arrival and showed the place. We felt like at home. The cottage is nicely restored with modern features and appliances. We had everything we needed and more, like the fireplace and the hot tub. The place is dog friendly and not far from many beautiful waks. Our dogs loved it too.

A beautiful property in an amazing setting within walking distance of the wonderful Perranporth beach. Rebecca and Philip were extremely helpful and gave us lots of help settling into the property and lots of excellent recommendations. It is a little tricky to find so keep in touch with Rebecca when you arrive / make sure you know where the 'main house' is. Overall, a really excellent stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever experienced. We thorough enjoyed our time in the coach house, a beautifully renovated cottage with all modern amenities. Our stay was a much needed relaxing rest for all of our family, which also includes 3 children between the ages of 7 and 15. The house and setting in country fields were just beautiful, hot tub amazing, and we really appreciated how kind and thoughtful our host Rebecca was throughout our stay. Will definitely book again!
