We had a wonderful stay at Carl’s beautiful Southampton home! The location is ideal for proximity to restaurants, beach, other Hamptons towns, etc. The house is beautifully renovated, with a spacious master and second bedroom both having large en-suite bathrooms, and the 3rd bedroom off the master is great for a kid - everything just like the photos. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need for basic cooking/heating. The backyard is beautiful, with an amazing sunset and stars at night. Also fully fenced in, which was fantastic for our dog. We visited in March, so not quite pool weather, but I’m sure the pool is also great and private in summer. Everything went so smoothly, and Carl was extremely responsive and helpful (and nice :) - would love to stay again!

Great experience. Carl is an excellent host. Allowed us to check-in 6 hours earlier than policy to accommodate for the fact that we were traveling with young children. We left something in the house, and Carl has been trying very hard to find it and get it back to us. Highly recommend.

Carl’s house was a wonderful home base to explore the Hamptons. The house was super clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. The backyard was beautiful and very private and the pool was phenomenal as well. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we look forward to returning.
