A nice weekend overall. The upstairs loft bedroom did get quite warm. 2 fans were provided, just something to note. We also did have to clean off the outdoor furniture before use ourselves, as it was covered in bird excretion.

Great trip! The apartment is just off the main drag and a super close walk to a ton! We did a few ride shares to further away places like the soccer stadium but you can easily get to a bunch of restaurants and attractions from this location. The space is large, open and very comfortable. One of the 3 bedrooms is up a spiral staircase for those with accessibility concerns fyi. Elevator or stairs to 3rd floor apt. Only one bedroom has an attached bathroom but the 3 beds/3 baths were great for our group of 3 couples/6 ppl. The Kitchen could use a few more things like mugs, baking tray if 6ppl were planning on cooking in (but why would you with so much great food so close!) and we ran out of TP on a long weekend trip. I’d recommend bringing your own ground coffee if you want to make you own. Would definitely stay again! It’s worth mentioning that a lot of bars/restaurants close by close around 10 and it seemed like the super late night spots were more E.

Loved this place for my group of 6 during Funk Fest weekend. All three couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and the master was beautiful. Two things would have made this stay better is if there was toilet paper in the master bath (other 2 baths only had 1 roll and there was no more in the house) and there was only 1 body towel in each bathroom and no face towels at all to shower with. It wasn't a big deal, we just left and bought what we needed but if we had at least known ahead of time we would have brought some from home. All and all we would definitely stay at this place again!

Awesome place for a large group. Great location for downtown activities and close to the expressway.

Eric was very a good communicator and was available all weekend for anything needed! The location was also only five minutes from anything we wanted to do
