Hosts were responsive and helpful. Everything was clear. Walk to beach access was very quick and easy-this was the biggest perk. Stairs are a lot, which was fine except when carrying groceries or a tired toddler. My only critique is that I thought the cleaning was a little lacking. The main things were done but there were some minor details that felt undone (dust on baseboards and windowsills, pet hair under beds, faint “old” smell. Overall worth the price and would stay again.

This rental was awesome! Loved how the bedrooms were on the second floor and the kitchen, dinning and living rooms on the top! Close to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Also, near a park (walking distance) to take our dog for walks. Neighborhood was quiet. Next to a theater, shopping and food. Definitely would pick this same location the next time we are in town!

We enjoyed our stay with Tybee Island Rentals. They communicated great with us. Home was beautiful and just as described. It was a peaceful and quiet area. Super close to the beach. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
