Thank you, Clay. We enjoyed you quiet lttle spot near our Mom's place. It made our visit really great and we felt great having a peaceful quoet place to rest our heads at night. We will definitely consider your place when we visit in the future. Cheers!

A very nice place in the middle of a Tucson neighborhood. Easily accessible to the many places we like to go to hike, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen could use a few more dishes and silverware, as well as a toaster, but those were minor points. Clay was friendly and welcoming, and he responded to any questions or concerns I had in a prompt and helpful way! Beds were very comfortable. Due to problems with the place I originally booked, I needed to find another on short notice, and was quite appreciative that Clay made things so simple for us. I would stay here again.

We ended up at Clay’s place unexpectedly after an issue with another reservation we had and he went out of his way to help us get in early. In full transparency we wouldn’t have rented his place if we weren’t in a bind because we have kids and prefer having outdoor space for them to run and play, but his place came through for us and gave us a safe place to stay for 8 nights. We are really grateful for that. I think the space would be great for families with older children or adults traveling for work of fun. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has the basics to cook!

Clay's house was exactly as described in the listing and Clay was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for us to do in Tuscon and the area. Clay was responsive to our questions about the house. I would definitely return to Clay's house.
