A group of my friends had planned a long-due get-together in the quaint part of the city and we stumbled across Akshat's property. At first, we were beyond convinced with the images of the property (especially the patio) and the host's courteous interaction & responsiveness. To add to our delight, upon reaching the property, we first-hand experienced the warmth with which the home is styled. A stunning duplex with lavishly furnished 3 bedrooms, spacious hall with comfort seating that easily accommodates a big group, a well-stocked kitchen, kitchen island and dining table that exudes togetherness was waiting for us. There's loads of natural light in the house, abundant open area and a subtle color scheme that translates into beautiful indoor lighting at the night time as well. The place is well kept, with more than basic amenities- OTT apps on smart TV, PlayStation, cooking essentials for tea, coffee, quick breakfasts and snacking options. The property didn't seem like one for guests and the detailing and concern shown by the host, the co-ordination and quick turnarounds truly make it the welcoming home that it is!! I've now made a lot of bookings across different kinds of properties in various cities, but the hospitality, freedom and overall vibe of this place was beyond anything I experienced at Airbnb. PS: Special mention to Abha who has put her heart & soul in setting-up this beautiful place and making sure everything runs smoothly, If she wasn't as gracious & patient as she is, this small group of friends wouldn't have had this memorable & fantastic day that we did! We hope to visit you guys again & again!

The property is amazing. It is very beautiful and arranged. It has all the amenities which a person needs. The property is easily accessible and since it is a gated property the safety is also well. I personally liked it very much.
